Hey Larry, Sorry about not having the height on there, that is our mistake. These stands are 26" tall. For future reference, the last two numbers in the model number are the height. SF26 = 26" high. I know you aren't expected to know that, but just in case you are still shopping around. The top plates do not swivel unfortunately, they are stationary. Please let us know if you need anything else.
