• I have a Sanus shelf, and a Sanus TV wall-mount. First, keep in mind that each TV has different locations for the screws that attach the TV to the wall-mount. Second, there is no set-up on the wall-mount to attach the shelf. In summary, I really think that you would need to attach the shelf to the wall.

• It's designed to be mounted to the wall or a solid surface. It would be difficult and unstable mounted to the TV mount istself.

• I don't think it is possible to mount this item on a TV monitor, it need to be free-standing and anchored to a solid surface.
