Does this work with a sanus full motion wallmount? null

Just make sure that you leave enough space between the shelf and the TV, so that after you install the cable box on the shelf, there is enough room for the TV to move on the Sanus wallmount.

Yes, I mounted mine just below TV wallmount. Just make sure to measure distance from bottom of TV bezel to surface of shelf to allow clear sight line from components to user remotes and or manual access to controls if necessary.

Yes it does. Install the the wallmount first, mount TV and then you will know exactly where to mount your component rack.
