“TV will not stay level TV is level when in main position, but if we try to move the TV at all, it goes out of level. For example, move the arm to make TV move left and the TV tilts down to the left. Then goes back to nearly level when I put it back to base position. It was installed by GeekSquad. Any ideas on how to avoid this?”

Please try again later.My experience has been that it sometimes goes off level when I move the TV around, but I have never had any difficulties getting it re-leveled in the new position. Just get it where you want it, and then press down or up on one end to make it level again.
