• I would not recommend using it on a wood floor but instead run along the baseboard. This raises up quite a bit and would be a trip hazard on any floor. The adhesive on the back doesn't seem that aggressive but I wouldn't suggest using on a wood floor regardless.

• I would contact Cordmate.I would think you could use it on a wood floor, but as with any thing with a adhesive backing it could mess with the coating on your floor if you have to pull it back up.

• Raceway products are only designed and tested for use on walls. We wouldn't have any testing data on what it might do to a wood floor. I would advise against it.
