• yes, it should work with your 75" Samsung as it's designed to support different mounting patterns. This is a FIXED location wall mount, so remember that once tv is mounted you will not be able to tilt, angle, turn, etc. Great product and design for intended purpose.

• Without the model number it is not possible to say. This mount fits models that use VESA 200mm x 200mm, 300mm x 200mm, 300mm x 300mm, 400mm x 200mm, 400mm x 300mm, 400mm x 400mm, 500mm x 400mm, 600mm x 400mm, 700mm x 400mm and 800mm x 400mm mounts.
