Looks like the same model - maybe a new model year on the 525. I have a Samsung 8000 series LED and bought 2 of them. They are really nice, work really well and do a great job supporting the tv. Just make sure it says on the website that it will work with your tv. 1/2 price and free shipping.... cant beat that! They are worth every penny!
