• Bolts are long and you will go through the sheet metal. They are designed for full stud and Sheetrock thickness. You need this for heavy tvs

• The bolts that come with it are about 3 inches( there in the wall not getting them out to measure). It also comes with masonry bolts. A different product might be better suited for your needs.
