A:AnswerYou have to pull down on the two straps with the loop at the bottom at the same time. That will release the locking mechanism and allow you to pull the bottom out to access the TV ports. If you’re doing this by yourself, I find an 4 to 6 inch piece of wood or something to put behind it to keep it propped out because as soon as you release it, it will lock again.
