Brackets on the back rear adjustable on top and bottom even if your studs run diagonally you would be able to use this mount.

The product images don't show this because the wall plate covers are attached to the wall plate, but the wall plate itself has openings that run across the top and bottom. This is lets you insert the lag bolts through the wall plate and into your studs. - Katie @SANUS
