Yes you can use this and yes they would match they're adjustable all of them

I just compared the wall plates, and it looks like the advanced tilt mount has a wall plate that is 9.5" high - and this wall plate is 14" high. Because of the height difference in the wall plates, you won't be drilling into the same holes as your previous mount. Let us know if you have any additional questions. - Katie @SANUS
