I can only comment on the Blf228-b1. I haven't used the Blf213-b1. But I can say that the Blf228-b1 works very well with my Samsung 8000-series 75-inch TV. It seems to handle the weight just fine, and it does provide a wide range of motion. It requires a little bit of effort to pull the TV out, away from the wall, but I don't find that to be a problem. And the TV swivels rotationally a bit more easily than I would like, which means you sometimes wind up needing to straighten it to perfectly horizontal. But it's very easy to do. All in all, I am quite satisfied with the Blf228-b1. I hope this helps.
