Hi Bobby, I'm not clear on what you are referring to with Proset. As for adjustments, there is little up or down leeway here but plenty of swivel and extension to make every seat in the house the best seat for viewing. It has a large range of every other motion possible except vertical. Great quality. I would definitely recommend it. I also recommend doing research on which mount would work best with your wall structure and TV. Do not go by any box that says it fits MOST TV's because if the wall studs are not perfectly built to code than it will not work. There are cheaper models but this one will really fit almost all TV's and walls.
