“We purchased this TV wall mount on 10/06/2017 because of its easy full-motion movement. However, that's not been our experience since installing as we can hardly pull out/push back. Why does it not function like the one in the store and is there a remedy?”

My guess would be (1) The size of your TV. If it’s smaller than the plexiglass piece on the store display, you’re getting a bit less leverage. (2) Did you tighten anything on the arm itself? If so, loosen it back to where it was when unpacked. (3) The most likely scenario is simply its new and the movement points are still ‘stiff’. Give it some time and as you extend and retract the set it should loosen up a bit. Consider how many times the store display has been moved back and forth by people trying it out. :)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You might consider checking the screws on the back of the TV mounting bracket to see if they were overtightened. Also, the cable covers may be slightly open and that could be preventing the arms from functioning as designed.
