“Our Sanus is very hard to retract in both directions. Could our lag bolts be too tight on the wall?”

• The lag bolts should not have any effort on the retraction difficulty. Definitely do not loosen the lag bolts as they need to be tight to ensure a solid support. The difficulty is probably caused by the weight of the TV which creates a lot of downward force on the slide mechanisms and thus increased friction which impedes the sliding.
