“I just purchased this mount, geek squad installed. I can not pull it out from the wall to swivel the tv. My husband has difficulty. Surely there is some sort of adjustment?? help or it will be returned to best buy.”

• Better go to the gym. It's not easy but it does pull out from the wall.
