Answering the 2nd question... the extra weight of the 65" TV plus full motion afforded by this wall mount needs to be anchored to studs in your wall, which should preferably be either steel or wood, as typically found in a house. We have a 65" Samsung QLED, live in an apartment so studs are aluminum, which are not as strong. We used butterfly wall anchors and still the TV (when in full-range use) is not as secure as it would be if attached to wood studs, according to the Geek Squad team who came to fix our DIY install. We should have purchased the regular wall mount (i.e., not full motion) but we decided to stick with this since it was already in the wall and we just have to be super careful when pulling the TV out and away from the wall.

This mount can support your TV's 400x200mm VESA pattern and your TV is under the mount's 125lbs weight limit. We don't recommend installing it into brick due to the variability found in it.
