Hi, Thanks for reaching out with your questions. The BLF213 is a fit for your specific LG TV model. The mount places the back of the TV 1.86" from the wall. The hardware bag that comes with the mount includes spacers that can be used to create more space to accommodate cables. - Katie @SANUS
