There are no cords blocking the track. This is an issue with the track/glide iwithin the unit itself. Please suggest a solution as I’m unable to use this tv mount the way it was intended. Thank you

Bottom track and cover should have cable management slots (not well defined in installation guide, to manage cables in a way that allows full flat to wall position
