Q: QuestionI just got a new tv and had it installed by the Geek Squad with a BLF213-B3 Sanus Full Motion Mount. I find it very difficult to pull out, angle and push back in. Is there something I can loosen to make it more mobile?

Q: QuestionDoes this full motion wall mount allow you to slide tv up and down a few inches? I bought this mount and a 65 Sony last year from a Best Buy, we mounted it and love it! But unfortunately our daughter has grown since last year and is now able to reach.

• A:Answer Not sure how large your tv is. I was able to take my tv down but it takes two people. One needs to hold it and the other bull the circle tab at the bottom of the center mount then the second person pulling on the bottom just a little and it will release then persons on each side just lift off. easy as that.
