“What is the lowest this stand will go? I bought a 32" Samsung for the Kitchen counter, but with the stand it came with it is a half inch to tall. The Tv WITHOUT the stand is Pr Withstand 18.2 inches w/o 17.I can only have it at 17.5" Will this work”

I can't say specifically if the mount will work for YOUR TV, but it should, according to the specs below. But, it has a pretty large base, so it would take up a lot of your counter. To best understand the height of your TV on the stand, you will need to locate where the mounting holes on the back of the TV lie (lower, middle, top).
