“Who do we contact for missing screws? For step 18 the screws that are 10-32 x 3/8” quantity 4 are no where to be found.i think these are called “interface screws””

Look at the instructions. It says to contact the Sanus company directly. The interface screws are small flat head silver colored screws. In the packet that contains the hardware, there's a label that says interface screws.
