The Tv will not protrude past the depth of base, unless you use to angle your tv a certain direction, in which case the amount it hangs over will depend of the width of the tv.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Your TV is only about 2 inches deep. You will not be using the base that came with your TV. This Sanus stand is essentially a tabletop mount. You will be installing brackets on the back of the TV to hang onto this. So no, your TV will not extend past the base of this stand.
