• There's to pull handles on the bottom where the TV mounts to the wall assembly you simply pull on them and left the TV

• There are 2 locking clips that hold the TV on the wall mount. Attached to the locking clips are tiny ropes that hang down the length of the TV behind it. You just pull on each one to release the clips that lock the TV into the wall mount. Then you lift the TV and pull away from the wall.

• Hello, thanks for the question and for buying a SANUS wall mount. To remove the TV, you just need to pull the two latched strings from the bottom down. This will release the locked brackets from the wall plate on the bottom allowing you to lift the TV up and off of the wall plate.
