It will depend on the tv as the rails that connect to the tv are placed over and under the mounting bracket and the rails cross over the opening; which will limit full access but still provide some. I have placed a cable throughput box within my area, I cut it in after mounting the frame to the wall and after dry fitting the tv.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Not exactly sure. There are spacing blocks that allow you to set the TV a little further away from the wall if needed. The way the TV mounts and the way it allows you to tilt the TV there is more than enough room for any connections you may need to make.
