• Yes. It has a package of bolts to fit any size TV holes in the back.

• I used this unit on a Panasonic Plasma Screen 50" weighing 88 lbs. I was initially concerned because this set has the screws receivers wider apart than most current TVs. It fit and required a second man to lift, but locked into the track with an inch to spare. You can check the screw width on the back of your TV. The unit came with multiple size screws to meet variable specs.
