Hi Peg, It will work with that TV mount, but unfortunately, it will not be compatible with your soundbar. This soundbar mount is made specifically for the Sonos beam. I'd recommend the Rocketfish RF-SBM101, or the Sanus VMA201, they should work with your soundbar Thanks, - Haydn @ SANUS
