• They do work but they don't come the screws for the small speakers if your not mounting the soundbar on the wall then you can use the screws that come with it

• Yes, I am using them with my rear speakers. Just unscrew the mounting screw on the back of the speaker and use it to attach the speaker to the bracket on the stand.
