• Hello, Thanks for the question. The Anti-Tip strap is made to keep TV’s stationary on furniture as an alternative to mounting it, so unfortunately, you cannot swivel the TV when attached. Thanks again, Michael with the SANUS Care Team

• No, the TV strap is like a fitted rope. If you want a swivel TV I would recommend a TV wall mount. You will need a stud finder, however, and you will need to make a pair of holes in your wall.
