If your Andorid phone has a 3.5mm headphone port or included a USB-C to 3.5mm headphone dongle, the YES. You will us the included TRRS output cable to plug into either of those 3.5mm input with the straight end into that port. If not, you will need to purchase a USB-C headphone adapter. Be sure that it is a TRRS 3.5mm input headphone adapter. They are easy to find and inexpensive, less than $8.
