“Greetings, I have the Saramonic Blink Pro X B2, and I can't seem to get it to work on zoom calls. The other person hears me but I cannot hear them. I use the TRRS to plug into the 3.5mm jack on my MacBook Pro 16" computer. What's wrong?”

That is the settings issue in Zoom, it is very easy to set it up properly. Go to Zoom's audio settings and for Speaker, choose MacBook Pro Speakers, for Microphone, choose External Microphone. You can then test the mic and speaker right from the settings menu. That is all you need to do to make it work.
