“My desk setup is a 2020 MacBook Pro, which is my work laptop, and a 2020 M1 Mac mini, which is my personal machine. Is there any reason why this wouldn't work with the MacBook Pro via Thunderbolt-c? I need to switch between them easily.”

Hi I have a macbook Pro and am in real need of some more memory for the craft and work I do. Will this help with adding more memory? I am trying not to get a new Mac till after our house is done I really want to make sure the next is exactly what I want and deff the biggest memory lol Love my iPad but I need my MacBook to have some more memory. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Are you trying to connect the two computers? Can do via wireless so as long as they are on same network. Via the Thunderbolt ports, may have to open system preferences, go into network and see if you see the interface to but the thunderbolt bridge. If you do just add then apply.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It should work with a MacBook Pro. It’s all usb c honestly. The description for this product said it would not work for a 2018 Mac mini but it does work for mines, no issues at all. So I assume it should work with any computer within USB c
