“Anyone else having issues with the hub on an m1 MacBook not outputting 4k60?”

I have not had an issue outputting 4k 60. I have the 2021 MacBook Pro M1 Max. It might be your HDMI cable. I would Recommend getting the RocketFish 4k Ultra HD HDMI cable. It is capable of 4k@60Hz.
