• I had them do both at the same time and it turned out seamlessly. By having XM installed at the same time it sits behind my radio so instead of 2 units in my truck it looks like one.

• If the Kenwood radio you are buying says SiriusXM ready then you would have to purchase a separate SiriusXM Tuner. I would purchase them together so that they are able to install them at the same time.
