The eight upper openings of the Barrister Lane Collection 10-Shelf Bookcase are sectioned into pairs for weight limits due to the way it is assembled. Each pair, such as top left and top right, can support up to 20 lbs total. The two large openings at the bottom can support up to 25 lbs each.
