“The Schwinn website lists only one model of 230 recumbent and it's black, with 22 levels and 13 programs. Yours is gray w 16 levels and 13 programs. Is this a BestBuy special? I can't find it anywhere else on the internet.”

This is the Schwinn 230 MY20 and is the 2020 version of the Schwinn 230 recumbent bike. You are correct that there are other versions on the internet, This one has a lower end console - no speakers, no USB port, etc. The pictures shown on the Best Buy site and specs reflect the bike I received - so 16 levels instead of 22 for example.
