This bike would be easy for an elderly person to use as long as they can get up from a low position. As far as delivery, yes....it can be delivered by Best Buy but not sure about assembly. If possible, I would recommend getting it assembled through them or another service. Although the instructions were easy to follow, it is an 8 on the difficulty scale in my opinion.

The seat is adjustable and sits at a regular chair height so it's probably not too difficult for older people to get in and out of. The display is digital but pretty basic so shouldn't have too much trouble picking a program or adjusting resistance.
