Hey Russ - We recommend allowing the height of the user plus 21 inches to determine the minimum ceiling height, so we'd say the foot rests are about 21 inches high at the highest point. Generally, we also recommend adding in a couple of extra inches to ensure a comfortable level of clearance between the users' heads and the ceiling.
