“How to you get the seat on the rail during assembly? I can’t seem to remove the bushing (stopper) at the end of the rail in order to slide the seat onto the rail as the assembly instructions say to do.”

The trick is to you need to unscrew both sides of bushings at the same time. I was able to do it by having both allen keys in and pushing both in opposite directions.
