Not sure? Maybe check the Schwinn I see for websites specifications for this question. I will tell you this, this bike is amazing! Well worth the price! It’s very comfortable to ride. This bike is so quiet! You cannot even tell I am riding it. I live in an apartment as well. This bike is very smooth and easy to handle. Connects right up to my iPad Pro through Bluetooth and use apps with no problem
