Hey there - At the lowest setting the handlebars are 43" from the floor and at the highest setting they are 48" from the floor. We hope this helps! - Schwinn Fitness Team

I don't think that would work. To adjust it properly you set the seat even with the high point of your hip bone. And even if the handlebars are set level with that the console and tablet holder set higher. A recumbent bike may work better. Or a manual treadmill.
