• My ceiling is 7’2” but I’m a bit shorter than you at 5’6”. I have no problems at position 2 (standing upright.

• I am your height and my basement ceiling is only a couple of inches higher than yours. Unless you are jumping out of the saddle AND stretching your arms straight up to the ceiling you should be fine.
