“I purchased this mount back in September and have had consistent issues with the base of it not sticking to the radio screen I have it attached to. Is it possible to purchase a new base? I don't need the whole mount, just the sticky part.”

it comes with 2 pieces of adhesive. Make sure you choose a non textured surface and be certain to clean it with the alcohol cleaning pad and let it dry thoroughly before attaching the adhesive. I would think if you find a customer service phone number or email for Scosche they would send you more adhesive strips.
