Just happened to me, use the remote that it came with and turn the volume up on the transmitter, that should fix it
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Not to point out the obvious but Is the volume up? If so, is the music APP fully updated? If all these are yes, you might have to change out the fuse in the device. They gave you an extra one in the package.
