Not sure if it helps anyone else since it's an old post, but if you rotate the device about a half turn, it'll turn off. I always turn mine to where it faces up and it turns off. When it get in, I straighten it out again and it turns on. Works every time.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You should always unplug it, it's draining your battery when it's plugged in and your vehicle is off
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My van has two 12volt outlets. One of the two cuts off the power as soon as the ignition is off. The other continues to provide power from the battery at all times - even when the ignition is off. See if you have that option. If not, the answer to your question is no. There's no off switch on the BT-Freq device. You could leave it on at all times, but that may be detrimental to your van's battery.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not that I have found
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Only way is to unplug it
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If your transmitter has USB for MP3's then unplug it. I have found that if your simcard or USB stick is still in the transmitter the tracks will still play, You have to remember that most new and old cars with cigarette lighters or ports are always hot with the car off.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No but it doesn't use that much power anyway so it really shouldn't be a big deal
