What kind of fuse goes in to the transmitter null

Mine has a fuse in the cigarette lighting receptical (? the plug for the lighter socket) and the fuse size is F2AL250V. Im in the process of putting in a new one, this one seems to have burned out because its no longer playing music audibly even though it says its connected.

I didn't have to add any type of fuse, just plugged it into the output in my car and synced it to my device.
