The fm transmitter has a microphone so why cant they hear you? maybe the phone microphone is being used as default, or something been overlooked in an audio setting somewhere, currently trying to solve it also.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.When there is a call look at your phone... it should give you the option of speaker phone, the device or phone. I always switch it to phone mode when I receive a call.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I do not think that would be a problem with the screen protector but maybe something blocking the microphone or something in the software. I would try restarting it or updating the Apple Watch. If it is the series two I would try cleaning out the microphone area with water or something. Make sure to use the setting to eject water afterwards though. If none of those things work I would bring it into Best Buy or an Apple Store.
