“Every time I connect the device and paid up to the correct station it will not play the music, neither thru Aux or Bluetooth. Is there any way to fix this? My phone shows that it has connected with the device as well.”

I had an issue like that once where I could hear static that it was connected and said it was connected but it didn't play. I just unplugged the device and plugged it back in. After it made the little restart noise and resynced it played my music again.
