“just bought the btfreg for my truck and was using it on the preset channel 107.3 until i got static. Now i cannot get the channel to change. i have pushed the CH and forward/ back buttons and nothing happens. what am i doing wrong?”

You have to press and hold the channel button after the initial setup.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Push the ch button on the top right and it should blink. Then the bottom buttons to change the channel frequency desired. Once you get the desired call numbers push the channel button again and it should save it. The static might be from other devices that are hooked up to your cigarette lighter or the charger port . If you have multiple things hooked up it will interfere. I noticed that with mine. It's best to have the Bluetooth plugged in by itself and use other outlets, if you have another one in your car, for other devices.
