Is the mic on the device? My cigarette lighter is in my arm rest so I don't think it would hear me well unless I can still talk thru my phone while on Bluetooth. null

The microphone is on the device. Would be hard for the other party to hear you if inside your armrest.

The mic is located on the Scosche Bluetooth FM transmitter. If your 12 Volt power outlet is located in the center console, the microphone may have difficulty clearly picking up your voice. I believe it is on the device unfortunately but it should pick up your voice as the device itself stands out.. I’d say you’d be more irritated that you can’t rest your arm like before lol

The mic is on the bt fm you need to use speaker phone to use the mic on your device.
